Jennifer Eastman received her Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Business Administration. In addition to serving as the State Coordinator for HealthMatters, Maryland!, Jennifer is the Director of Community Living Policy at the Maryland Department of Disabilities, the only cabinet-level department in the nation that represents people of all disabilities. Her work focuses on developing programs and policies aimed at empowering people with disabilities to self-direct their services and supports and to live meaningfully within their communities. She also collaborates with Maryland’s Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to increase access and inclusion for people with disabilities in the state’s chronic disease and health promotion programs.

Nathan “Brad” Bradley currently works for the Maryland Department of Disabilities as Coordinator of Special Projects. In this role, Brad provides support to the Department with several programs that facilitate transitions for people with disabilities out of nursing facilities and into independent housing. Brad has extensive experience developing and implementing training for human service staff. Prior to his current position, Brad was a Regional Training Coordinator for the state’s Developmental Disabilities Administration. He also held the position of Director of Training and Education for a national healthcare company based in Louisville, KY and he has managed several Medical Adult Day Care Programs which served participants with intellectual disabilities in several states.
Brad received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park and his MBA from the University of Baltimore with a focus on Organizational Growth and Learning.
