2011 RRTCDD State of the Science Conference

Research Outcomes are targeted at:

  1. Improving the health and function of individuals with I/DD across the lifespan;
  2. Enhancing consumer-directed home and community based long-term care;
  3. Reducing environmental barriers to health and community participation; and
  4. Improving instruments and measures to assess intervention outcomes.

These four main goals correspond to key core areas:

  1. Health and function;
  2. Consumer-directed supports and families;
  3. Disability-friendly environments; and
  4. Assessment tools
